You are responsible for:

Organizational Accounts

If you register using a company email address, your organization may gain administrative control over your account and related data.

3. About PeekTag

PeekTag is a platform for creating and publishing interactive experiences called Tags.

Tags may include:

• Interactive templates

• AI-powered workflows

• Payments and tokens

• Third-party integrations

• Digital storefronts and experiences

Some features are free, while others require subscriptions or tokens.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload.

By using PeekTag, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host

• Process

• Store

• Display

• Transmit

your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party assets you use comply with their respective licenses.

AI-Generated Content

You own your ideas and generated outputs.

PeekTag may use feedback and suggestions to improve the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PeekTag for:

• Illegal activities

• Fraud or impersonation

• Harassment or hate speech

• Malware distribution

• Security attacks

• Unauthorized scraping

• Spam or abuse

• Intellectual property infringement

• Circumventing platform restrictions

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

6. Privacy & Security

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

AI Training

Your non-public content is not used to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.

PeekTag Credits

PeekTag Tokens (PT Credits):

• Are digital usage credits

• Are not currency

• Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law

Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through:

• Apple In-App Purchase

• Stripe

Additional provider terms may apply.

8. Seller Payouts

When creators monetize content through PeekTag:

• Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect Express.

• Sellers are responsible for tax and legal compliance.

• PeekTag may collect a platform commission.

Funds do not pass through PeekTag accounts.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain features rely on external providers such as:

• Stripe

• Apple

• Google

• OpenAI

• Shopify

Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All PeekTag software, branding, designs, databases, and platform technology remain the property of PeekTag ApS or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reverse engineer

• Resell

• Reproduce

the Service without authorization.

11. Copyright Complaints

To report intellectual property infringement:

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided:

"As Is" and "As Available"

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Protection from all cyber threats

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PeekTag is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Total liability is limited to the greater of:

  • €100

  • The amount paid by you during the previous 12 months

Consumer rights under Danish and EU law remain unaffected.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Access may be removed.

• Content may be deleted.

• Certain records may be retained where legally required.

We recommend exporting your data before closing your account.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• War

• Terrorism

• Government actions

• Internet outages

• Major cloud provider failures

17. Communications

By using PeekTag, you agree to receive:

• Product updates

• Service notifications

• Legal notices

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

18. Additional Terms

• You may not transfer your account without permission.

• If part of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

• The English version controls in case of translation conflicts.

• Published pages may display a "Made with PeekTag" attribution.
