These Terms explain how PeekAI may be used and how data is handled when using AI-powered experiences, including content generation, assistants, workflows, recommendations, and virtual try-on features.

Input & Output
You retain ownership of:
Information you provide to PeekAI ("Input")
Content generated by PeekAI ("Output")
By using PeekAI, you grant PeekTag a limited license to process Input and Output solely for the purpose of delivering AI services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
4. Virtual Try-On Features
Some PeekTag experiences may include AI-powered virtual try-on features for products such as:
Eyewear
Fashion
Jewelry
Beauty products
Accessories
Facial Images
When using virtual try-on features:
Images are processed solely to generate the requested result.
Images are not used to identify individuals.
Images are not used for facial recognition.
Images are not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
No Biometric Storage
PeekTag does not create, store, sell, or maintain biometric profiles, facial templates, or facial recognition databases.
Virtual try-on processing is performed only to generate the requested experience.
5. Data Processing & Privacy
Protecting user privacy is a core principle of PeekTag.
No AI Training on User Content
PeekTag does not use your private content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in.
No Long-Term Storage of AI Requests
Unless required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting, PeekTag does not permanently store user prompts, uploaded images, or generated results.
No Sale of Personal Data
PeekTag never sells personal information, uploaded content, images, prompts, or AI-generated results.
Minimal Processing Principle
We only process the minimum amount of data necessary to deliver the requested AI experience.

If limits are reached, access may be temporarily restricted until additional credits or plan capacity becomes available.

We welcome suggestions and feedback.
By submitting feedback, you grant PeekTag the right to use, improve, and implement those suggestions without compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
PeekAI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeekTag is not liable for:
