2. Ownership of Content

User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload to PeekTag, including:

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Text

  • Templates

  • AI workflows

  • Other creative materials

When you publish content on PeekTag, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host and store your content

  • Display and share your content according to your settings

  • Process content for platform functionality

  • Use content for moderation, analytics, and service improvements

This license exists solely to operate the platform and does not transfer ownership to PeekTag.

PeekTag Content

Content created and owned by PeekTag remains the exclusive property of PeekTag ApS.

This includes:

  • Official templates

  • Official designs

  • Branding assets

  • Platform graphics

  • Proprietary software

  • Official AI-generated assets created by PeekTag

Use of such content is governed by applicable licenses and permissions.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that content uploaded to PeekTag does not violate the rights of others.

You may only upload:

  • Content you created yourself

  • Content you have permission to use

  • Content covered by a valid license

You may not upload content that infringes:

  • Copyrights

  • Trademarks

  • Design rights

  • Patents

  • Trade secrets

  • Other intellectual property rights

PeekTag acts as a hosting and publishing platform and does not automatically verify ownership of uploaded content.

4. Enforcement Actions

If PeekTag receives a valid intellectual property complaint, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to content

  • Restrict visibility of content

  • Notify the uploader

  • Suspend accounts

  • Permanently terminate repeat offenders

We may take action without prior notice where legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, please submit a notice containing:

  • Your signature (electronic or physical)

  • Description of the copyrighted work

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing content

  • Relevant PeekTag URL(s)

  • Your contact information

  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate

6. Reporting Trademark Infringement

If you believe a registered trademark is being misused, please provide:

  • Your signature

  • Trademark registration details

  • Registration country

  • Goods or services covered

  • Description of the infringement

  • Relevant URL(s)

  • Contact information

  • Good-faith statement

  • Accuracy declaration

Please note:

PeekTag only processes complaints relating to registered trademarks.

7. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your signature

  • Description of the removed content

  • Original content location

  • Contact information

  • Statement consenting to jurisdiction in Denmark (or applicable EU jurisdiction)

  • Declaration that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification

Where legally permitted, PeekTag may restore content if no legal action is initiated within 14 days after forwarding the counter-notice.

8. Repeat Infringement Policy

PeekTag maintains a strict policy regarding repeated intellectual property violations.

Users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others may face:

  • Content removal

  • Account restrictions

  • Permanent account termination

  • Loss of access to platform services

9. Infringement Outside PeekTag

PeekTag can only review and act on content hosted within the PeekTag platform.

If infringement occurs on another website, marketplace, application, or service, you should contact that platform directly or seek independent legal advice.
